It sounds
great! Could I really do this? This writer / researcher / travel fanatic has discovered the secret of staying in furnished luxury resort condos in Hawaii, next to the warm blue water or exclusive ski condos in Tahoe, or Palm Springs golf for only $60 a night (comparable to $375 a night resorts). He can get a similar price for fancy places in Cabo, Matzalan, Florida, England, Switzerland, Tahiti or 3200 other wonderful places. He can go in style every year at a lower cost than a Motel 6 room in Fresno. Compare the typical 800 sf. fully furnished condos, many with kitchens with the average sparse 200 sf hotel room. HOW I GOT INTO TIMESHARES(My God! Next, will I be selling used cars on weekends?) Folks love to travel often paying too much when they go. They dont know anything better exists or where to look. Justin held a fervent wish to travel and see the world, meet interesting people, swim and snorkel in warm oceans, ski at fancy resorts, eat food at quaint side walk cafes, visiting colorful new sights. He started doing research on where to visit. By serendipity he discovered a way of flying from San Francisco to Japan and on to Bangkok for $147 roundtrip as an international air courier. He soon after went on other marvelous trips such as to Singapore for $80 roundtrip. He became hooked on travel. So many new perspectives! Not long after he wrote a book detailing how others could get many similar cut-rate trips called Travel Bargains Insiders Guide. It sold well. Over the last two years it has expanded to over 225 pages of money saving chapters and idea starters. Justin found how to get free airfare using special airline mileage credit cards and learn to do a few special things to maximize the bonus miles quick. In his first year trying this he earned enough miles for three free round trips. The next problem to solve was how to find high-class resorts to stay at low cost. Not little, cheap cut-rate hotel rooms or sleeping under picnic tables. Justin loved to travel and wanted more from life. He was tired of the little, cheap cut-rate hotel rooms where the poor, noisy and broke made plans at Carl's Jr. or McDonalds for dinner. After some checking Justin found you could do it several ways: pay $285 a night for the room or have your dad own the hotel. He didnt want to pay $285. With as much trouble as it took to get his first bicycle, he doubted his dad would be buying any fancy hotels soon. A friend whom he took to be quite wealthy told him about how he went on spectacular trips to wonderful destinations. With prodding he finally broke the news that he was paying less than Justin had paid for his meager trips. The secret, he said was owning several timeshares; you receive top notch accommodations, privacy, pampering with greatly reduced cost on $300-$550 a night exclusive luxury properties." Ahah! Sign me up! Timeshares sound great. Now I can go to "my place in Acapulco" too! Justin still remember his first timeshare presentation: free donuts and hot coffee, a well-lit room filled with noisy people, big travel posters on the wall, and a short movie of people blissfully having fun. The comparisons showed that if he went on two vacations a year he would spent $80,123 after 20 years, and $230,288 after 30 years. It seemed like a lot. The salesperson finally got to the price: $16,000 and $514 every January. Just put 10% on your credit card, pay the rest at $250 a month for 7 years at 14.9% interest and you're a lucky owner. This really seemed like a lot. When Justin told the salesman he wasn't interested, he brought out the sales manager to "visit" with him. He offered a half price plan to go every other year. Justin still wasn't convinced, hemmed and hawed till they let him go claim my "valuable free gift." Justin saw other people there that bought their whole package. Did he miss out or was there a better way? Justin felt clumsy, uninformed and gullible. He wished there had been a manual on the best way to buy timeshares, the benefits, and how to get the best gifts. There wasn't. Thousands of timeshares are purchased every year. It seemed there had to be an inside track to getting one. He wanted to travel, but certainly didn't have the $16,000 to play with. His goal was learn how to buy a timeshare better and cheaper than the general public. He started my research in earnest. Justin began learning about timeshares. With great courage he went to many sales presentations. Justin was offered timeshares costing from $8695 to $45,000, sometimes battling pushy sales people. He found most people loved the timeshare concept and benefits, but not the price. What to do? As a good researcher he soon discovered the resale timeshare market. Justin was offered a $16,999 timeshare that could be bought for $7500 and $512 a year in upkeep maintenance fees. Less than half price! That was a big improvement but the $514 every year wouldnt be pleasant. He was also offered some resorts in desert areas for $5500 and $425 a year, but found they had crummy trading value. Timeshares are indeed one controversial topic. If you ask someone who has never owned a timeshare, or who knows someone that once went to a presentation they will tell you with a smug look , "Watch out, they're only for suckers." Justin has generally found the more they talk, the less they know. Many are so frightened of living, that they haven't traveled in years. He rated their credibility at zero. Don't waste your time getting advice from someone that hasn't done it or been there. Justin also talked to the folks that paid top dollar at their first presentation. They went in uninformed and didn't get a very good deal. Hopefully this report will inform you on how to buy a timeshare. Do it right and love it. Justin does! Progress! Others said they also were looking for a good timeshare deal. Due to many requests and travel industry connections Justin is now offering "best buy" estate and resale timeshares. He doesnt twist arms or bring in burly sales managers so you have to sell yourself. Many very happy customers! Heres the secrets for buying smart: 1. Be open minded to finding the lowest cost, prime time, high desirability resort with maximum trading value. It doesnt matter where the timeshare is located as long as it has excellent solid international trading power. Think internationally. If you have mental blocks or fears with this issue you will always pay too much. 2. Find maintenance fees with the lowest yearly cost. Under $300! 3. Request floating-go-anytime weeks. 4. Look for realistic resale value should you ever want to sell it. Be able to sell it easily for what you paid for it. 5. If you love Orlando, Las Vegas or Hawaii, etc. Dont buy there, trade into there. 6. Two bedroom units trades better than a one bedroom units. * * * My favorite location is South Africa resorts as they have the best trading value and exchange rates by far. (Oh stop clutching your heart!) South Africa secrets You want a good deal? Excellent results? When it is cold and foggy in London and Europe business people and their family can get direct flights into Capetown or Johannesburg, South Africa. This is only about an hour drive to several excellent resorts. Many are close to lakes and fabulous game preserves. The weather is temperate with no hurricanes or wild weather. It is an excellent international location. I liked this location so much I bought one for myself. No problems. It exchanged so excellently I bought 3 more. No problems. Ever. I traded into to Hawaii, Matzalan, and Puerto Vallarta staying in the very best Gold Crown Resorts. You can too. Open your mind with courage and logic to bigger and better possibilities.
