ANCIENT BREAD RECIPE
ACTUALLY HELPS YOU LOSE WEIGHT!
The author bakes and uses this bread all the time.

Our customers say it best:

Thanks very much, Justin, for this excellent material.

I have actually compared your Hunza recipe with that of Kevin Trudeau's (claimed to be THE Hunza diet bread) and his is loaded with sugars of all kinds... How sad.

Glad I found you and ordered your recipe; it sure sounds more healthy than any other "Hunza" recipe I have ever seen on the net.

Keep up the great work, and I certainly hope more people will take a chance on your recipe!

Wishing you a happy holiday and happiness in the upcoming year!

Joanna

HUNZA DIET BREAD is a bread that wondrously turns down your appetite and hunger and is based on an ancient recipe. It is a fast and totally painless way to lose weight.

Why has it rarely been advertised?

It hasn’t been promoted because it’s not profitable! Why teach a person to make an effective potion themselves when you can sell them pills for $39.95 a month?

The amazing bread came from a very old recipe used by the little known civilization of Hunza. The Hunza's are considered to be one of the healthiest people on earth. Their bread was a main part of their diet.

After making the bread a startling discovery was made. Just one or two slices of bread would suppress a person's appetite for 4 to 6 hours!

To what do we attribute the powerful appetite inhibiting properties of the Hunza Diet Bread? I think it is that is satisfies the nutrients the body is wanting and needing.

There are facts being uncovered that support a theory that this bread was used in ancient times for the express purpose of tiding people over when food supplies were scarce.

The Hunza's who are exceptionally trim, fit and the healthiest people on earth. Many consider their bread to be one of the main reasons for this.

Here is a little background of the Hunza's from many fascinating old books I have collected.

"The Hunza's exist isolated from the rest of the world in the Himalayan Mountains ten to nineteen thousand feet high. They are tucked away in their fertile valley only eighteen miles from Soviet Russia where the borders of that country meet China and West Pakistan.  For nearly 2000 years these people have lived in almost total isolation from the rest of the world.

Their methods of agriculture and soil preservation have become legend to the rest of the world. Scientists and researchers fortunate enough to visit the Hunzakuts and study their way of life have attributed the extraordinary health and vigor of the people mainly to their diets and methods of growing food. Apparently their bodies have become very resistant to disease.

They grow gardens in extensive terraces, built with stones, cut into the sides of the mountains, filled with excellent soil hand carried from the riverbed far below and irrigated.

There were no insects in Hunza - a sharp and pleasant contrast to the plaques of bugs found just on the other side of the mountains. Also visitors noticed there were no dogs, cats or chickens. They were told "Dogs need food," and we do not have much of it. Cats eat mice, but we have no mice. Chickens scratch up our fine gardens so we have no chickens. Our Moslem religion forbids us to eat pork, so we have no pigs."

Their philosophy was "When we see a mountain, we climb it. If a boulder gets in the way, we move it. If a mountain stream washes away the trail, we rebuild it. We just go on."

Hunzakuts live to be 110 to 120 years old. They have no cancer, heart attacks or other major disorders to speak of. They are active and fit to the very end. Men father children at 100 years and older. Overweight people are unheard of because they have the perfect weight control system."

Visitors to Hunza all came back with the same identical description of the Hunza people:

"Hunza men are straight, tall, broad-shouldered, deep-chested, slim-waisted, heavy-legged and have full heads of hair. Hunza women are straight, tall, slim-waisted, developed bosoms, perfect complexions and luxuriant hair. Both men and women have perfect teeth and eyesight even at 100 years and older! They are neat, clean, intelligent and friendly and you can't find an overweight person.

Hunza women at 80 look no older than North American women of 40. Fatigue is virtually unknown. Hunza men over 90 years old repeatedly walk the mountain trail of 65 miles from the town of Gilgit with a full pack and immediately start to work in the fields again!"

They were also noted for having a clean country. Everything seemed immaculate. The people were friendly and of good nature. Covetousness, envy and jealousy were non existent. No police force was needed to keep order. unlocked doors were not a temptation.

* * *

We feel that the Hunza bread may be both a hunger suppressant and a super health food. It is a simple, nutritious bread that is easily prepared in just 5 minutes, even by no bakers, using a few ingredients that are not hard to come by.

How did I originally come across this recipe? While traveling across California, not far from Atascadero I met a lovely older lady selling wonderful, colorful and unusual plants from her garden. We were talking about health and I commented about how trim and healthy she looked.

She invited me in and offered me a piece of bread. It was delicious. She said this will satisfy your hunger for many, many hours. I left and continued on my trip and noticed how I was still not hungry (and I love to eat!)

I phoned her the next day and asked her to please mail me the recipe. When I got home from my trip a handwritten envelope was waiting in my mailbox.

I was tickled how easy it was to make the recipe.

I lost weight consistently by the week till I am now at my ideal weight. What a thrill that was.

When I drive into town 45 minutes away from my West Virginia country farm I sometimes get hungry and tempted by "wow, 2 burgers for the price of one today only." If I have a slice of my homemade Hunza bread every couple of hours I don't get crazy hungry or light headed and my will power stays intact.

I'm not impressed with "this months" highly advertised fad diets.  Often the originator is in poor shape himself! Ask how much Mr. Atkins weighed before his early death.

Let me tell you about the advantages of HUNZA DIET BREAD. The biggest benefit I can think of is that the dieter just doesn't suffer AT ALL! It's such a natural and powerful appetite inhibitor. This bread is not only healthful and delicious but you will appreciate its simplicity and lack of extraneous ingredients. Also NO sugar, NO salt and tastes great. You don’t need to add any jam or sweeteners. This bread satisfies both appetite and hunger.

We define appetite and hunger like this: appetite is mainly the desire you get for food even when you know you're really not hungry. It's that craving in your mouth you get that's known as the cold mouth feeling. It can also be present even though you've just eaten. Your stomach may be full but you still crave something else. This is the feeling you get with a protein diet. You can stuff yourself with protein until you're ready to burst but the cold mouth craving is still there.

Hunger on the other hand is best described as those pangs of hunger you get or that empty feeling in your stomach that lets you know you really need to eat something rather than simply wanting to eat for the enjoyment of it.

After a slice or two of HUNZA DIET BREAD you eliminate both appetite and hunger. You feel satisfied and full and it lasts, depending on the person, for many hours.

The reason you feel full is the bread is very nutritious with no junk and satisfies your body's craving to eat.

Not only is the bread nutritional, but it contains some proven good health producing roughage or fiber. It passes through your digestive system quickly so the actual absorbed calories are less. Your bowels also become very regular eating this bread.

Here's another little known thing about standard lunch hours and dinners. Let's say you eat a milk shake, hamburger and French fries for lunch. That's over a 1,000 calories. There's a lot of sugar and salt in that meal. When you're done the first thing that happens is that your body shoots a large amount of insulin into your system to counteract the sugar. The insulin lowers your blood sugar and within an hour you feel hungry again and start snacking. On top of that the salt has made you thirsty and you gulp water or soft drinks and retain the fluids.

On the other hand, if you try a weight watchers lunch, or similar balanced diet, you'd have to eat between 400 to 600 calories of cottage cheese, lean meat, and eggs to feel reasonably full, but you would not be satisfied and almost immediately you'd be hungry again and need to consume more of the same. You can't win.

Find when you are the most vulnerable to overeating. For me it is around 5pm. I make sure I have a piece of bread a bit before then, then easily coast through the evening.

When you take a bite of the HUNZA DIET BREAD the delicious taste of the bread fills your mouth. You can tell that it is hearty, full of substance, chewy and good for you. Perhaps our bodies trigger an instinct that lets us know what's good or bad for us. It gives your body what it craves.

A rip off???
People occasionally email me- ("you're a rip off, a creep, etc.) "why should I buy your recipe I can get it for free on the Internet." (Click HERE for more juicy bash Justin, "I want it free" letters) Answer- other Hunza bread recipes often have 16oz  of THREE different sweeteners which isn't good for you (plus expensive) or millet and things that make the bread taste dry and lousy. It would take over an hour to make plus over $14 in ingredients. My recipe takes 5 minutes and costs under $2.00 to make.

Most complainers and writers have never even made the recipe they are offering - they are just passing around the same old lousy recipes that nobody actually makes. Why waste your time?

My unique bread recipe is getting famous for being soft, moist, delicious and keeps a long time without going bad. I use this bread myself weekly. I give it out as very welcome gifts and take it on camping and shopping trips.

Would you like to try my recipe? You will enjoy it for the rest of your life.

The amazing thing is that it only takes 5 minutes to prepare. I am sure you will love both the bread and the results.

I have also done my research buying and reading many, many Hunza lifestyle books. Some are signed first edition copies. With my recipe I will include many interesting Hunza lifestyle facts and some of my favorite excellent health recipes.

The reason I get more orders than all the other info places combined is I offer more and keep adding more.

I also would like to thank Kevin Trudeau and many other book authors for recommending my unique bread to their readers.

Thank you SO much! Made the bread (with buckwheat flour) and love it! I knew you had to be an alright guy when I saw you picked my home state to settle in. Hope to buy your cook book soon! Thanks again,
Roger

Thank you so much, I have already made the recipe three times this week, because my boyfriend loves the bread so much, he is eating it too. I'm going to try dried cranberries mixed with the dates, for the next batch. I love your recipe, because it is plenty sweet enough and I really want to avoid any other forms of sugar (other than fructose)! Thank you so much, I already feel wonderful and for the first time in my life (I'm 42 years old) I am regular every day. Even though I always ate very healthy (lots of fiber, veggies, fruit and no junk food, very very little meat - once a month maybe), I have never been regular before! Now you have my interest peaked, I'm going to check out more about the Hunza lifestyle and traditional diet.
Thanks again,
Blessings, love and laughter to you and yours,
Lisa

No Hunger Bread
>Date: Fri, 13 Jan 2006
Hi Justin

Just wanted you to know -- I read about the no hunger bread in Kevin Trudeau's book and decided to go on the Internet to see if I could find a recipe. I did receive three recipes (which were free) with some of the same information about the Hunza's as you had written (though not nearly as in depth). I was impressed with what you said about your bread, and so decided, even though I already had free recipes that I would buy yours. I'm so glad I did!

I made your recipe first and was pleased with the prep time and the results. I used buckwheat flour. I'm glad you gave options of a variety of grains so I won't have to do buckwheat all the time (I have never liked buckwheat, but was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't distasteful in the bread). I liked the bread and shared it with a colleague who's not health conscious, and he liked it! I made the other bread last night (the approach to baking was like what I read in Trudeau's book which required about three hours of baking time). It also included molasses, honey, and natural, unrefined sugar. This time I used mostly millet flour with some whole wheat flour. It was very sweet (after having your bread especially) and gritty (I'm guessing that was because of the millet). Bottom line, I will be using your recipe! We learn something new every day!
Have a great day.
Take care, Janice

BTW, the bread is working great although I don't know if I've lost any weight as I don't have a scale. It does keep the hunger down though.
Thanks so much. Cyn

Is your recipe the same as the one in Kevin's book?

Hello Justin,
I came across your site and was wondering is your recipe for Hunza Bread the same one Kevin Trudeau mentions in his book or is this a different one?
Are you one of Kevin's recommended contacts? You mention at the bottom of your website thanking him?
Also, what is the science behind the breads effectiveness?
Thanks for your time,
Cheers Bob

Hi Bob,
I feel the recipe I have is better than the one Kevin originally endorsed which has too much sweeteners in it and takes too long to make. Mine is sweet but has no sweeteners or yeast in it and is cheap and fast to make. It also keeps a long time. I have been making and fine tuning this recipe for over a decade. Kevin has a lot of good alternative information in his book.
I think he must have seen my recipe as I get many, many orders saying he is one that sent them to me and for that I am most grateful. The funds help keep our Innovative Technology Research Center going.
What makes the bread effective is that it seems to hit all the body's hunger triggers by giving the body all the nutrition it was needing and craving. If you feed it junk it will always be craving more. Have a piece of this bread about a half hour before meals and you WILL eat less.
Lots of people very happy with my unique Hunza bread.
Best wishes,  Justin

From: Bob:
Hi Justin
Thanks for the quick reply.
The problem i have found with a lot of bread, is that it gets broken down too quickly as simple sugar in the bloodstream which spikes insulin and crashes blood sugar along the way...how exactly is this bread different? I find at the moment if I eat some eggs with tomato and onions and some fruit for breakfast I feel a lot better during the day and less hungry than if I had bread as well.
Also, would you JUST eat bread or would you still lose weight and gain health benefits do you think if I used the bread in sandwiches, toast etc and still ate other things?
Your rife machine sounds amazing as well, thanks for all the info on the site. Happy New Year     Bob

Hi Bob,
I like people that think and ask questions.
My Hunza bread doesn't seem to cause spikes.
It uses dates for sweetening, it is baked slow and creates a unique combination. My mom was a chemist and I spent a lot of time with her in the kitchen on what works and what doesn't. I think some of that instinctively rubbed off on me.

I like having a oatmeal and raisins for breakfast - it works for me.
If I am trying to lose weight or avoid temptations I will have a slice of the Hunza bread.

You can still eat gentle healthy things and have a slice about a half hour before mealtime. You just won't feel like eating as much.

Thanks for writing.
Justin

Thanks so much for your Hunza recipes and all the surprisingly good extras. I can't wait to bake it and start my whole family by the new year is going organic which is a big change but were doing it gradually as we learn our different choices. thanks so much for offering this so cheaply. kim

I get a lot of the same questions every day!   JW

Subject: no hunger bread
Q: Justin,
I'm a little curious about your No Hunger bread. I read the book Natural Cures and can't seem to find the recipe anywhere.
Where does your recipe come from and if you don't have sweeteners in it- do you use honey? I just bought some honey from a farmer.
What are your credentials?
Thanks. Vicki

A: Greetings,
I have been making a Hunza bread for over a decade and have lovingly fine tuned it. It is really good and everything I say it is. Many people have ordered it and enjoyed it for years afterwards.

Kevin doesn't offer a recipe as the person in his book was shut down. I have been getting many, many referrals from him which I am grateful for. I don't get rich, but it helps keep this West Virginia farm going.

My recipe doesn't require honey or sweeteners. Kevin's original recipe required 16 oz x 3 sweeteners alone - not so good in my opinion.

I think I have created the best Hunza bread recipe out there that is fast, inexpensive and easy to make.

My credentials - I have been cooking for 50 years, My mom was a chemist so I learned what things caused what. I have an extensive library with hundreds of cookbooks and every Hunza book available. I am a noted international speaker, researcher and consultant, but I don't like to get too braggy. The best credential is the bread tastes great and keeps you from feeling hungry and eating too much.

At the bottom of my Hunza bread page it tells the simple story where the recipe originally came from
Best wishes, Justin

Subject: your bread
Hi..
I just ordered your bread recipe, it seems easy enuff....and my daughter and I are going to the store to get the ingredients tomorrow...my question...  the other recipe I heard so much about had Honey in it...I see no honey here...and I was under the assumption it was a major ingredient thanks and I will let you know how we do....if we do good.. it has to be great... JaneC

Greetings,
The other recipe has 16 oz of honey, 16 oz of TWO other sweeteners - way too much for me, plus too expensive to make. My bread is still sweet and wonderful.
Justin!

Q1: Please confirm whether this is the same no- hunger bread that is in the natural cure book by Kevin Trudeau. Bonnie

Subject: Hunza diet bread
Q2: I was just wondering if this is the "no-hunger" bread mentioned in the book "Natural Cures They Don't Want You to Know About"? Or is this different?  Thank You, Mrs. E

A: This is not the same recipe, but much improved. Other breads have 16oz x 3 of sweeteners mine has none as none are needed. My recipe is better as it is easier to make, far lower cost and uses less ingredients. Mine is under $2.00 and 5 minutes to make, stays moist and stays fresh a long time. I get many letters from happy uses all the time PLUS I send you lots of extra recipes and the fascinating history and interesting attributes of the Hunza people.
Best wishes, Justin

To whom this may concern, i found your site by looking for no-hunger bread/hunza bread and decided to check you guys out and i'm so glad i did thank you very much

Thank you for getting back to me so fast i sure do appreciate it, i will be placing my order soon thank you again. Bonnie

Hi Justin. I just wanted to send a quick note thanking you for the wonderful Hunza Bread recipe. It tastes great and like you said, it's so easy and inexpensive to make. When we take our vacation this year we plan to take along some of your bread. Thanks again, Dianne

Read about 'No Hunger' Bread in Kevin Trude's book. Not readily available from Natural Cures website unless one signs up for monthly access - still thinking about sooooo in meantime searched
on internet - no hunger bread recipe. found your site and throughly enjoyed every aspect from bread to self publishing to gardening to About Justin and all the others headings even ordered off brand ink from company featured. Left site feeling productive. Thanks Julia

Q: Would it be possible for me to try a sample of the bread before i invest anything? i would like to see how it tasts. could you please send it tome. if so i will give you my address , thanks again my home e-mail address is xxxxxxx@yahoo.com

A: I am not able to bake and ship my bread at this time. It would cost more to bake and send you some than for you to just order the recipe and have a whole hot pan of it for yourself. $7 is not a big investment for a recipe you will be wanting to use for years to come. It is so easy to make. Also I can't bake and mail a bread sample to an email address even if it is your home email address.

>Subject: FREE RECIPE FOR BREAD

Q: There are many sites giving the recipe for free. What do you think about that?

A: Indeed they are many free recipes. Did you make any of the recipes? Probably not - which is good because they don't taste very good and are full of sweeteners. Nobody makes them they just pass them around. I have spent hours looking for them. Not one has my recipe that I have found works so well. None other offers so much extra information on losing weight. Many do not even claim to have ever made the recipe they offer. They will go on for a full page how clever they are in exposing the rip off.
I make my bread all the time. It also makes a wonderful gift - much better than a chocolate cake!
I am proud of my recipe and all the extras I send. I get many emails daily on the good results they are getting and thanking me for having the best recipe out there.
Thank you for writing.

Q: Why are you selling the recipe when the woman gladly gave it to you for free?   Mary

A: Why do I charge for this recipe?
It is for the many hours adding more to it, fine tuning it and making it 100 times better. I give more than just the recipe. I also have to pay for the website, all that that entails and answer lots of emails. Farmers grow lots of tomatoes from a 1c seed. Do you ask them why they charge you for their tomatoes?
Many people have been very happy to get and use the excellent unique recipe glad they didn't have to spend hours and hours to find my very best one on the Internet (many different ones there, not my recipe, most never even made their own recipe, used lousy ingredients, sugar etc.)
Do you work for free? If you don't think the recipe is worth it don't get it.
While you are worrying about $7.00, 10 others have happily finally found it, paid for it, downloaded and already baking their first batch of my wonderful Hunza bread.
The lovely lady I got it from grew many plants that she sold to people that drove by. She was a hard working enterprising person, whereas some people do nothing, offer nothing, hoping for a free handout. Best wishes, Justin Wizard

Q: Dear Justin
I only have one question, I know you have heard before. that dear old lady gave you the recipe for free shared it with you and why do you not do the same for others. Why are you charging for it?
I am not downing you, or saying your bread is fake or anything like that, but in your story, you say a nice old lady freely gave you HER recipe, so I am just wondering why you are now selling it as your own? If you really wanted to help people you would be like that nice old lady and post it freely right? Please don't take this the wrong way because I believe everything you say about this bread, but it is not really yours to sell, and I believe if the lady gave you the recipe and anyone is making money off this, it should be her.
>Signed just wondering

Justin's answer:
Greetings and thank you for writing.

Yes, Nina, the wonderful older lady (and indeed she was a lady!) gave me the recipe. I had just come from visiting a pretty girl, who to impress me (as I love gardening) gave me some of the best samples (over $200 worth) of her gorgeous beautiful fancy dahlias and irises, in the rarest colors the likes that I had never seen.

I found Nina while being lost on a country back road in central California. I had stopped to admire her beautiful flower garden and she came out to say hi. After spending much time that day with Nina, a grand senior citizen, I gave her the whole box of my precious flowers. She was so excited and so nice that it was worth it to me.

I spent the next two hours helping her get the plants into the ground. She then made a wonderful lunch with more wonderful conversation. After that time was spent helping her clean up a pile of dead branches. So I came away with nothing but a piece of paper recipe, some wonderful memories and some plant cuttings.

The plan was to come back next year, help her divide the bulbs and I would get to take some of my original fancy plants home.

I asked her if she ever thought to sell the recipe. She was not at all interested, The writing, editing, packaging, advertising, sending out all the orders, answering all the question which would have been exhausting for her plus she would have to spend $$! to buy a computer when she had other things she would rather be doing. She said "you go offer it." If I didn't do it nobody would have ever seen this best-of-them-all recipe.
Was anyone cheated?

I have to pay for a website, webmaster, editors, advertising, time checking orders, lots of questions like yours, helping anyone having trouble downloading the ebook, expanded it with pictures plus added pages of Hunza philosophy and history. Her part was 14 lines. I have added probably 600 lines. You would have to order it and see if you think my time is worth anything. Do you work for free each day or get paid for your efforts?

If we gave away our talents all for free there wouldn't be much incentive to create things better.
You can order for free the same old tired recirculating Hunza recipes on the Internet that have 12 ingredients with lots of sweeteners (16 oz x 3 items) (expensive!) or don't taste very good (gritty) that are offered by people that have passed it on and have never made it even once. My bread tastes great!

I am proud of what I offer with many customers becoming close friends after telling me of their exciting results making my unique bread. I have updated the recipe and added FIVE more 3 column pages of 10 years worth of carefully researched interesting Hunza facts and philosophy.

When you get tired and disappointed of trying lousy free things be willing to pay what things are worth. You will go far and be prosperous.

Best wishes,
Justin Wizard
author, chief cook and researcher

PS: What happened with Nina?
Nina generously put her house in her daughters name to save on eventual probate taxes. Unfortunately, her greedy materialistic daughter had her evicted and placed in a confinement rest home, had a worker clear out almost all of the flowers to garbage cans, sold her house and pocketed the money. Nina died not long after I'm sure of a broken heart. I didn't find out till much later. What a good heart she had. I feel honored to make her recipe live on.

Q: I would like to order your recipe but before I do, I had just tried another Hunza Bread recipe. It wasn't so good. It had a lot of molasses in it. I am not a big fan of molasses. Just smelling it bake was turning me off. Would you let me know before I place an order if your recipe contains molasses or not. If so how much? I can take a little but too much molasses means that's all you taste. Debbie

A: My recipe isn't at all like the free throw away and dump Hunza recipes. Theirs is full of sweetener, costs a lot and take awhile to make. My recipe is fast, easy, inexpensive, tastes great and stays fresh a long time. My recipe has no sweetener, no molasses yet tastes sweet. People seem to love the recipe.

I just wrote to say I haven't received my recipe...Sorry about that...when I went back to check I found that I had not completed everything on the order blank and didn't put the billing address my credit card needed.... after doing so I immediately got the recipe....am reading through all the material now. I am looking forward to trying the bread. Thanks for your prompt reply.
PS Thanks also for caring enough about others to offer this recipe and all the other information. You are one of the good guys!! Pat

Hi! I ordered your Hunza bread recipe and was reading all the FASCINATING
things you sent (thank you very much)
Thank you again....kathy

Thanks for your note. I made the bread and am losing a pound a
Day. Yeah. I am also drinking your "Draino" stuff and that works
For me. This morning I made more bread but did not use dates, but
Used apricots and a little pineapple.
Thanks MARION

HELLO JUSTIN!!!!!
My name is frank. i purchased your Hunza bread recipe last week. i made it over the weekend. my wife Cindy does like dates. After tasting the bread, she said that it wasn't bad, but, she could still taste the dates. so, i made one with apricots. she loved it! i then made one with apricots and orange peel, that was excellent also! cindy's mom and dad were here as i was making the bread. they loved it also. now, this is the most important part, my son, zach, who is 13 loved it also. this kid has grown about 15 inches and gained about 70lbs in the last 5 years, talk about a growth spurt! well, when he says that he is hungry, the 3 cats and the dog, run and hide. nothing is safe! if it's slower than him, he may eat it. the bread filled him for awhile. a lot longer than anything else! he liked it so much, he wants me to make one with bananas this weekend.
THANK YOU FOR THIS RECIPE, frank
p.s. can't wait for the recipe book!

Subject: Thank you for the great recipe's
Date: Wed, 8 Mar 2006
I got the free recipe online. The bread took time to make and was dry and flaky. I decided to order your recipe and OMG this is great :) and very easy. This was more than worth of the $7.00 . Keep up with your great work Justin.

Hi Justin, thank you so much for the recipe.
I made the bread last night, over baked it and it was turned out somewhat dry. Heck, I ate it anyhow- and didn't end up eating dinner! Most importantly, I noticed that I did not get the 10:00 "snack craving" that usually drives me to eat a package of goldfish crackers before bed. :)    Terri

Dear Justin,
Thought I would write and tell you how much I love the bread. I made it the first time the day I got the recipe with ingredients I had in the house...icky white flour, store dates and nuts. I liked the bread very much. Then I got to the health food store and got some good flour. The bread is so much better.
Pat

I went to your web site to investigate the 'no hunger bread' recipe and found you have so much more!
Thank you, Angela

Hi, I was the one asking for my money back on the Hunza recipe. After getting it I just knew it couldn;t be any good. Unfortunately my sister came over and was fudging around in my kicthen and made the recipe while I was watching my Tv shows. She brougfht in a piece and offered it too me. It was really good.  Then she told me what it was. Nevr mind. You don;t have to send back my money after all. I make it oncet a week now for myself. It is easy. My sister makes it all the time at her house and has lost 8 pounds. I am kind of mad about that.  Mildred

Subject: Book The natural cures.
Q: Dear Kevin, I Have your book and would like the recipe for the No Hunger Bread. I wonder why you did not include it in your book. I need to be certain that this recipe is the original Hunza bread. Would you kindly email back and advise if you have the original prior to my ordering it. Thank You. Vince

A: Greetings, I am not Kevin. I sure get this a lot! I created a better Hunza bread than the one listed in his book - far less sweeteners and much easier to make. Do you have to have the original Hunza bread or one that is better that I offer?
Best wishes,
Justin!

I received your email and the recipe and information. I am going to make the bread today. Thanks again for your prompt service . I can't wait to receive the other books I ordered. I truly admire people like you who follow their dream and enrich this earth. Thanks again. Patti

Thanks for your No-Hunger Bread recipe especially with less sugar content than from the one Kevin Trudeau has and the interesting information on the Hunzas. Will be back after I've tried your recipe. Your website will draw me back for healthy reasons. Ed

I'm glad we sent for YOUR bread recipe. Its all you said it was. It tastes good. I take a slice of Hunza bread in a baggie in the car with me so when I've been gone for a couple of hours I have some Hunza bread. It takes care of the hunger so I can make better choices.
Linda

Just got your Hunza bread recipe and tried it last night. It was delicious! We mixed the walnuts & pecans for the nuts and mixed dates with dried apricots and got a terrific result. We'll experiment with other grains and combinations to break up the routine. Daniel

I've just started researching "no hunger" Hunza bread and happened on your web site, thanks for the great information. I chuckled when I read people's letters to you, requesting a "sample". The idea did cross my mind that maybe you could post a few images of your finished products. What people see can be a powerful incentive.
I suffered from a heart attack last week, am doing well now. I would like to know if your recipe would be considered "heart healthy" (whole grain, low fat, low sodium, etc.)  Thanks again for the information
John       Ohio
A: Greetings and thanks for writing. Yes, this recipe is heart healthy. All natural, Use all kinds of grains, no sugar, no yeast and easy to make. many happy users!      Justin!

I did purchase your recipe. I was pretty much surprised of all the information that came along with your recipe, thank you very much Justin.
Have a great day!
Sincerely yours, Betty

Q: Justin, could you help me please? My name is Rhonda I got your Info from a close friend of mine. On how to make the Hunza Diet Bread. I tried it and was disipointed at the results. But I really do believe I am slicing it wrong. My friend says to cut it into squares but your recipe says to slice. would that be long slices 1/2 to3/4 thick or 3/4 squares? I sure would appreciate a answer. I do Intend to follow this strickly and will keep you posted of my progress.
Tank you Rhonda
A: It doesn't matter how thick you make the slices. Maybe I am a wild outlaw but I personally just tear off a piece. Some times a small piece, some times a big piece. How about that? Hopefully no one will contact the slice police.

Q: Thank you for a get web site. I'm not a big reader. I would like the original hunza recipe for the beard. not one that you or any one has changed. would be happy to pay you for it. i need point and click.. thanks mike in Pendleton Oregon

A: If you order my recipe I the Trudeau recipe will be included for you as a bonus in what I send. The other recipe not very good but if you want it you can compare with my wonderful recipe.
Best wishes,  Justin

Q: I was just wondering if it was safe to order the HUNZA bread that they are showing on the internet with the ingredients already mixed, where you just add water, oil and bake. Is this also coming from you? Is it that hard to find the ingredients? I leave in a small town of Del Rio, TX.
Hi, I don't have anything to do with the other ready mix Hunza bread.
Mine is a healthier bread and only takes minutes to make. theirs is full of sugar and sweeteners, mine has none, yet is sweet.
All ingredients are easy to find plus I offer a source where you can get the ingredients at super low prices by mail even in small quantities. I think you will be very pleased with my easy health bread and start making it all the time.
Justin

Thanks Justin
I was so excited to get your recipe!!
I received the recipe and I even made it. It definitely is making me full! Wow! I have nibbled about half of it the bread already.
Sincerely, Heather

Thank you Justin.
You did indeed give great exchange for the $7!
Cheers! Jackie
