Be able to turn on anything in your house with the push of a button. Save electricity by turning appliances on only when you are needing them - shut off the passive energy drain.

See what's happening around your place. Is that coon after your chickens again? Is your new handyman coming around when you're not home? Is your dog the one killing your chickens?

Burglary prevention:
* Getting a well trained dog is excellent. They are naturally protective.

* Order a video X-10 setup with motion sensing full color camera. If someone intrudes you've got it on video. Someone you trusted could be the burglar. Don't you feel so violated when you've been broken into? Now you will have the crook on video.

* Get an auto phone dialer. When you have an intruder or break-in it can call any number you desire with a message.

* Secure the perimeter of your place with brambles or prickly things over barbed wire. Have only one entrance all must pass through.

* Have secure gates. Burglars don't like to have to carry your stuff very far.

* Have multiple alarms where you are most vulnerable - tools and equipment? Stereos and electronics? Computers?

* Don't let too many unknown people see what you have. Don't brag or someone may want it more than you do.
